CNC Drilling Machine Maintenance Procedures
Ⅰ. Regularly check the CNC manufacturing and drilling machine
1. Check for wear
Vibration, friction, high temperature and shock are the main reasons for the failure of CNC drilling machines. By checking the wear and tear, you can detect and replace the faulty parts as soon as you find them.
2. Check the alignment specifications
CNC drilling machines usually have multiple components. Loss of alignment will greatly affect the quality of work. You can check the alignment by performing test and then measuring the final part. If the specifications are incorrect, the machine needs to be readjusted.
Ⅱ. Routine maintenance and repair of CNC drilling machine
1. Some parts of the CNC drilling machine must be checked frequently
Check parts such as fluids, electrical systems and crawlers to take preventive measures. Keep proper records to allows you to have the necessary tools and spare parts on hand, thus avoiding extended downtime. Maintaining records is also important for the safety of employees. Preventive maintenance programs significantly reduce machine downtime.
2. Clean the machine
There are many seals and filters on the CNC drilling machine. Check regularly to make sure they are in working condition. The filter should also be replaced regularly and the respirator should be kept clean to prevent the generation of vacuum which may draw pollutants into the cab. Workers who use the machine should also make sure to clean all the holes in the machine.
3. Sharpen drilling components
The drilling machinery with sharpening, cutting and slicing components must be sharpened. Weak cutting components impair production and reduce efficiency. The sharpness of CNC drilling machine parts will also affect the shape and accuracy of the cut material. Ensure that all drills, end drills, precision tools and turning tools are kept sharp.
As one of machining manufacturing companies, we will do our best to meet all the needs of customers.
